EAMCET 2014 Counseling Procedure:

  • Students will participate in the Counseling Procedure of EAMCET 2014 as per the ranks after document verification.
  • Candidates should submit the three proformas to claim their nativity, local status and community as given in brochure.
  • Certificate Verification, Option Exercise, Seat Allotment and Fee Payment are included inEAMCET Counseling Procedure 2014 as summarized in the following stages.
EAMCET 2014 Counseling Procedure comprises of the following points:

EAMCET 2014 Counseling Procedure in detail:-
1.      Certificate Verification:

Fee to be Paid: (At the Time of Certificate Verification):
  • Processing Fee: Rs.600/- (OC/BC), Rs.300/-(SC/ST)

Candidate Registration for Certificate verification
  • After announcement from authorities of Help Line Centres, candidates shall handover their rank card to the officer at entrance.
  • They shall pay processing fee in the registration hall and obtain receipt & furnish mobile number.
  • They shall then collect the registration cum verification form and check whether the mobile number is correct or not.
  • Candidates are required to enter details like hall ticket number, rank etc. in the register and append their signature.
  • After this, they shall report at Verification counter for certificate verification.

Certificate Verification
  • Candidates shall verify the details printed on EAMCET 2014 registration cum verification form. Details like local area, sex, minority, category, special reservation category, date of birth, mobile number, fee, reimbursement eligibility, etc. carefully. In case of any discrepancy, it should be reported to verification officer for correction.
  • Candidates shall submit the original certificates to certificate verification officer. The officers will verify all the original certificates like rank card, hall ticket, marks memo, study certificate, income certificate, etc.
  • They will be given a print out of receipt of certificates and in case of any discrepancy; it should be reported to chief verification officer for correction.
  • After verification of data, candidates shall put their signature. They shall collect the EAMCET 2014 Manual Option Form.

Candidates of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh States qualified in EAMCET 2014 shall attend the certificate verification procedure in any one of the Designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) and as per the following schedule.

  • With the assistance of the website and helpline centres, students can collect all the details of the Web Counseling Procedure of EAMCET 2014 and Certificate Verification of EAMCET.
  • For the Certificate Verification, students are required to visit the helpline centres as per the given schedules.
  • They should register their and pay the processing fee and obtain the receipt and mobile no. for the same.
  • From Registration counter, students need to collect the Registration-cum-Verification form from the computer operator and should also verify whether the printed mobile no. is correct or not.
  • They have to collect the EAMCET 2014 Scratch Card containing the Login ID. Number, password, date of birth, Hall Ticket Number as it is required for Option Entry
  • After the EAMCET 2014 Document Verification is over, candidates will be issued a Receipt of Certificates from the Helpline Centres.
Certificates to be produced by all candidates:
All original certificates and 3 sets of Xerox copies of-
  • EAMCET Rank Card
  • EAMCET Hall Ticket
  • Intermediate Memo- cum-Pass Certificate
  • S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
  • VI to Inter Study Certificate
  • Income Certificate issued after January 1, 2014 and Caste Certificate issued by competent authority
  • PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable

PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates will have to provide the following documents in addition to the above mentioned:
  • PH: Certificate issued by District Medical Board- Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible
  • CAP: Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.
  • NCC & Sports- To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities
  • Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master
  • Anglo-Indian: Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence. 
2.      Exercising Options:
  • All those candidates who are done with their Certificate Verification of EAMCET will be provided with a Blank Option Form, List of Colleges, Courses and their Codes.
  • Candidates by consulting their parents, teachers and friends should write the College and Course Code which they wish to join using this.
  • Candidates are required to prioritize from the list of colleges and courses. They should write the Priority Number in the Blank Option Form which is necessary to enter the options on Web.
  • Candidates can exercise any number of options and are advised to take a printout also.
  • The detailed procedure of EAMCET 2014 Exercising Options can be obtained from the Help-Line Centres.
3.      Web Option entry:
  • Click here to register for the EAMCET 2014 Web Option Entry (Link will be provided later).
  • Applicants will have to generate the password by entering the Registration Number which has been printed on the Receipt of Certificate given after Certificate Verification. Date of birth shall be entered in DD/MM/YYYY format.
  • Candidates can login after successful registration.
Steps to be followed for entering the options on web-
 1.       Generation of password:

  • Password is required for candidates’ login, entry of options, change of options, saving and deletion of options and for printing of allotment order. To generate the password, candidates shall enter their details like registration number, hall ticket number, rank and date of birth as printed on receipt of certificate.
  • Password should have a minimum of 8 characters and maximum of 10 with at least one numeral/character. Re-enter the same password.
  • Candidates shall enter their mobile number as the information regarding changed password will be communicated through that.   
  • Then, candidates shall save the password and click on “log out”.

2. Option Entry

  • Before entering options on web, candidates are advised to enter options in the manual option form to avoid any mistakes.
  • They shall login for exercising their options. The login ID is a secret number that will be provided to the registered mobile by SMS in advance of option entry.
  • In case the login ID is not communicated, candidates shall send an SMS from their registered mobile to 8790499899 in the format EAMCET<space>01<space>hall ticket number, after generation of password.
  • One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to registered mobile number of candidates for making the options more secure.
  • Candidates shall click on check box after reading the declaration. Then, they can click on Option Entry.
  • Candidates shall select one or more districts to view the colleges in those districts.
  • After clicking on “Display Option Entry Form”, candidates will be able to exercise their option.
  • Candidates are required to enter their EAMCET 2014 Hall Ticket Number in the box provided. Option numbers in the boxes shall be entered against the college and course of preference. At regular intervals, they shall click on save options at regular intervals while filling the option form. 
  • View and print button helps to see the saved options and take a print out.

Candidates desiring to change their options once again can do so from August 26 to 28, 2014 (from rank 1 to 1,00,000) and on August 27, 2014 (from rank 100001 to last++). This will be the final opportunity for changing EAMCET 2014 Options and options recorded on the server on the last day, as per the schedule,    only will be considered for EAMCET 2014 Seat Allotment.

3. Log out

  • After completion of EAMCET 2014 option entry, when candidates will click on “logout”, an alert message will be displayed with three buttons- “Save and Logout”, “Confirm Logout” and “Cancel Logout”.
- Clicking on “cancel logout” will retain the option entry for entry of some more options.
- Clicking on “save & logout” will save the options exercised and displays the details of these options.
- Clicking on “confirm logout” will display the details of options saved up to that moment.
  • Candidates can add, modify or delete the options any number of times within in stipulated time. Options recorded in the server on the last day will be frozen. If wished, candidates can change the frozen options again by approaching any EAMCET 2014 helpline centre. These options will be taken for EAMCET 2014 Seat Allotment. Candidates can take print-out of this. 

4.      Choice Filling and Locking:
  • Candidates can Click Here to login by using the Login ID from the Scratch Card and the password that has been generated above (Link will be provided later).
  •  Applicants can enter as many choices as they wish to.
  • They must remember to save their option from time to time.
  • Candidates must lock their choices before the deadline.
5.      Modification of Options and Freezing:
  • Applicants can do Modification of Option many times during the allotted time.
  • Candidates will be given a last chance to change and freeze their options after the deadline ofEAMCET 2014 Web Option Entry as per the schedule.
6.      Seat Allotment:
  • Candidates will have to login to download the EAMCET 2014 Seat Allotment.
  • All those candidates whose Seat Allotment is done will have to enter the following details to login:
    EAMCET 2013 ICR form number/Registration number
    EAMCET 2013 Hall Ticket number
    Date of Birth
    Password
Final allotment will be processed on the basis of gender, local area, reservation category, etc. 

7.      Allotment Order, Fee Payment and Reporting to College:
  • Candidates should download the Allotment Form along with the Bank Challan.
  • The Bank Challan is also available at the Helpline Centres.
  • The prescribed fees have to be paid in the Andhra Bank or Indian Bank and the receipt should be collected after the payment is done.
  • Students will have to report to the allotted college on the specified date in the Allotment Order.
  • Those students who will not report to the College on the mentioned date, this will result in cancellation of seat.
Candidates as mentioned below need not pay any amount through Challan:
  • For SC/ST candidates: Only if parental income from all sources is up to rupees two lakhs per annum.
  • For all other category candidates: Only if parental income from all sources is up to rupees one lakh per annum.
8. Withdrawal Process:

After the end of EAMCET 2014 Counselling, if a candidate wishes to withdraw/cancel the allotted seat, he / she can do so before the stipulated date.
